Shipping - Processing and lead Time

While we pride ourselves on maintaining a substantial large inventory, our commitment to offering an extensive array of product choices means that occasionally, certain items may necessitate additional processing time. We believe in providing our customers with a diverse selection, and this dedication to variety may result in a slightly extended processing period for non stock or special order products. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimize any delays, and our goal is to deliver your chosen items with the same quality and efficiency you expect from us. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we strive to meet your unique preferences and needs.

For stock items

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or due to exceptional circumstances, this processing time may be slightly extended. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready to be shipped.

For Special orders

Depending the availability at the Manufacturing and Distribution levels, non stock items can take up to 10 Business days or more depending the product. At the moment of your request, we can give you an estimate, but not a firm lead-time.

The lead time indicated are not binding

we are not responsible for any delays of delivery due to events or circumstances out of control that make the delivery delayed, even if binding time periods and delivery deadlines have been agreed upon. While we strive to minimize these delays and provide the best customer service, it is important to understand that we do not have direct control over these events or circumstances. We recommend placing your order well in advance if it is time-sensitive.

Claims for the reception of damaged product

You have up 48 Hours after the reception of the order to inspect it, and notify us if any issue. No claims are accepted after the 48 Hours delay.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost for GTA and Hamilton Area or a 40 Km maximum radius from our Stores, flat rate of $ 160 + tax

Long distance deliveries are calculated based on the destination, and the weight/size of your items. Ask our representatives for a shipping quote

Methods of Shipping

We use our own flatbed Trucks with moffett

The order is dropped facing or inside the driveway, depending the site conditions. For policy and safety reason, we don't unload or carry the order by hand in the back yard or anywhere else.

Pick up

For your convenience, we offer the option to pick up your order directly from our warehouses in Toronto-Mississauga and Hamilton, but please note that this service is available only after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Once your order is processed and prepared for collection, we will notify you promptly. This confirmation step is essential to ensure that your order is complete, accurate, and ready for your arrival. It also allows us to maintain a smooth and efficient pickup process, saving you time and ensuring your satisfaction. When you receive the confirmation, you can pick up during our specified pickup hours, and our dedicated team will be ready to assist you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
